since 1995, business associates since 1989, and offer over 40 combined years of total local Real Estate experience and knowledge. Knowledge is critical in our ever-changing market, and a zest for maintaining a daily update on all aspects of the market keeps us leaders among our peers. We believe that Real Estate is a 7-day a week 365-days a year job, that one single agent as a single entity cannot do the job as thoroughly as a highly motivated full time team. Striving to represent our clients to the fullest, selecting the best home sites, and, establishing the best market price for our sellers ae but a few of our many daily tasks. Over the years our negotiation skills, our sense of when and when not to speak, our strength of listening to what our clients are saying, and using these skills to our clients advantage sets us apart. Two experienced minds analyzing all negotiations and providing up to date market knowledge gives our clients the major edge. Our new home construction background with both production and custom home builders allows us to offer our clients a wealth of knowledge when it comes to understanding the building process and the important differences between builders. Our knowledge of construction costs, lot site preparation, and our relationships with the premier builders HAS SAVED OUR CLIENTS THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS throughout the years! We strongly believe that our agency relationship with our clients follows through the entire building process. Communication between builder, client, and agent gives the client the ability to make the right selections, decisions, and most of all relieves the client of a tremendous amount of stress and anxiety during the building process. Land knowledge is a huge strength of ours, and a large part of our business. The Scottsdale political climate is anti-growth, which in turn offers a limited amount of developer custom home sites. This limited supply creates an inflated increase in lot pricing among the available lots on the market. Due to the relationships we have with the custom builder we represent, it has become imperative to stay on the very top of this market daily! This is our first project of the day, so our inventory knowledge is superb. The old Real Estate adage that, “10% of all Real Estate agents account for 90% of all sales,” is true and we have always been part of that 10% group. Our ability to listen and hear what our clients are saying has saved them time and money. Honesty, integrity, experience, marketing skills and tools, teamwork, and a continual thirst for knowledge has made us leaders among our peers and is the reason why 80% of all our business comes from referrals or repeat client business. |
